第二届中国·合川钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节简介
合川是巴文化的发源地之一e2go ，自古文脉绵延、民风质朴，境内有钓鱼城、涞滩古镇、二佛寺、文峰塔、龙多山等著名历史文化古迹，周敦颐、张森楷、卢作孚、陶行知等历代名人曾在此授教创业。合川是通向四川北部、陕西、甘肃等大西北省区的交通要道和“经济走廊”，成渝经济区的交通枢纽，是“一带一路”和长江经济带国家战略重庆支撑的关键节点，也是渝新欧铁路大通道重庆第一站，区位优势明显。
合川区政府已把“第二届中国·合川钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节”纳入2018年钓鱼城旅游文化节活动内容之一。钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节旨在把国外的创作理念带入合川，将合川的历史文化资源进行当代的转换。本届艺术节由中共重庆市合川区委、重庆市合川区人民政府主办黎氏八骏 ，重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会为指导单位，重庆市美术家协会为支持单位，重庆市合川区文化委员会、重庆世纪金马实业(集团)有限公司、成都文峰影视文化传媒有限公司为承办单位，以及国际国内的重要美术馆和高等美术学院协办，本次活动将邀请全球的艺术家创作的作品参加展览，并出版中英双语画册，娄清将在具有国际影响力的主流媒体及国内媒体进行宣传报道。
主题阐释
今日的全球化世界本质是以信息、媒体、资讯技术为主导的全球化市场，即是以信息技术为基础建立起来的超级景观。全球化市场超越了传统的以民族、国家、地缘政治模式的二元论，因为信息、媒体、资讯从根本上推动了时代观念的变革，所以讨论媒体既是讨论时代和科技的关系，也是讨论社会的迁徙和人口流动的关系。我们以“媒体的迁徙”作为今年钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节的主题，是为了考量在一个充满矛盾和冲突的全球化时代，关于人口、技术、资本与信息的交互关系，媒体重塑了今日世界，尤其今天中国社会的巨变现泰剧金顶 场，一方面是巨大人口优势和巨大的市场的驱动力，另一方面也依赖于高科技的迅猛发展对社会的重要推动旬邑唢呐。无论是从中国制造到中国创造，我们都需要融入全球化世界去参与和学习。从支付宝到高铁、共享单车、人工智能、大数据、云计算、虚拟现实等成为我们日常生活常态，科技与艺术、媒体已密不可分，媒体技术已成为推动时代发展的重要手段，科技的创新成为今天任何一个区域和国家的核心竞争力，迁徙与流动本身就是全球化时代的重要组成部分。
去年首届钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节在具有历史悠久的工厂举办河南旅游年票 ，今年展览将在公园里以可移动型集装箱形式举行山庄老酒 。本次展览通过表现我们生活在无数可暴露的媒体之中这一现象来反映当下的社会现实。
展览在一个象征着时代急速变化的集装箱里半价桶 ，与新媒体艺术融合在一起，利用“集装箱”的这种独立、封闭、实验性空间给观众提供参与、和谐、沟通的场所，强化公园作为公共空间的基本职能。
本次展览旨在达到双重效果：首先神厨小福贵,展览并不局限于艺术本身ameco ，而是通过空间的特殊性来体验艺术的“空间角色”;其次，恢复集装箱原来的运输或储存功能，并将新的展览功能赋予这个六边形庞然大物上名门喜事 ，给予其“空间角色”的同时恢复地区活力。
未来的展示空间将会是什么样？
美国哲学家约翰·杜威（John Dewey鸽子血纹身 , 1859~1952）认为：艺术即经验赖慕祯，经验即艺术。“视觉、感觉、体验”是艺术发展及创新展示空间的基础，当然关注探讨未来的展示空间也是我们的重大任务。那么，你为什么不马上找一找身边有意思的展览展示呢？就在这里，第二届中国·合川钓鱼城国际新媒体艺术节！

Introduction of the 2nd Diaoyu Fortress
International New Media Art Festival
Hechuan is one of the origins of Ba Culture, fine cultures and traditions are succeeded since the ancient times, and people here are simple and honest. Hechuan boasts Diaoyu Fortress,Two Buddha Temple, Wenfeng Tower and Longduo Mountain as well as some other famous historic cultural sites. Zhou Dunyi, Zhang Senkai, Lu Zuofu御龙记, Tao Xingzhi as well as some other cultural celebrities once pioneer and spread their thoughts here. Hechuan is a vital traffic juncture and economic corridor connecting Chongqing with northern Sichuan陕北道情 , Shaanxi and Gansu as well as some other northwestern provinces. Hechuan, the traffic hinge connecting Sichuan and Chongqing economic zone, it is a significant joint for the “Belt and Road” Initiative and National Yangtze Economic Belt Strategy, and it’s also the first station of Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe international railway in Chongqing area, displaying distinctive geographical advantages.
The host of this activity is People’s Government of Hechuan District, and Chongqing Municipal Culture Commission is the guiding department. During this activity我谋洪荒 , we will invite artists around the world to participate in this Art Festival, issuing proceedings and album of paintings in both Chinese and English, and we also would invite mainstream media with international influence and some domestic media to publicize and cover this activity.
Interpretation of the theme of the exhibition
Today's global world is essentially a global marketdominated by information朴尔因子, media and information technology, which is a superlandscape built on the basis of information technology. The globalized markettranscends the traditional dualism of nation, state and geopolitics. Sinceinformation, media and information have fundamentally promoted the change ofthe concept of the times, the discussion of media is not only about therelationship between the times and technology, but also about the relationshipbetween social migration and population mobility.We take "Media Migration" as the theme of this year's international new media art festival in Fishing Town is for thepurpose of considering the interaction between population, technology, capitaland information in an era of contradictions and conflicts.The media reshaped the world today, especiallythe scene of the great changes in Chinese society today. On the one hand, it isa huge population advantage and a huge market driving force; on the other hand,it also relies on the rapid development of high technology to promote thesociety.Whetherit is made in China or created in China, we all need to integrate into theglobal world to participate and learn.From Alipay to high-speed rail夏威夷马诺大学 , bicycle sharing,artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and virtual reality卡拉布吕尼 , we havebecome the norm in our daily lives. Science and technology have becomeinseparable from the arts and the media, and media technology has become animportant means to promote the development of the times.Innovation in science and technology has becomethe core competitiveness of any region and country today, and migration andmobility themselves are an important part of the era of globalization.
The firstexhibition of last year was based in a factory area located in a historic site,and this year's exhibition will take place in an exhibition hall in the form ofa portable container box in a park. The participating works in this exhibitionare new media artworks representing the reality of the contemporary era byreflecting humans being constantly exposed to the media.
The exhibitionbeing held in a container-like space combined with new media art delivers thesymbolic meaning of an experimental container being isolated and closed. Theparticipation of the audience will restore the space to its original purposeand transform it into a location contributing to the public.
This exhibitionaims for a double effect by rather than being immersed in the genre of art, newfunctions are brought into the exhibition by allowing art experience through the specialty of space along with the role of restoring the container’soriginal transportation or storage functions to become a space to revive theregion's vitality by injecting new functions into the hexagonal body.
he philosopherJohn Dewey(18591952) said that art is an experience and experience is thereforethe art itself. Seeing, feeling, and experiencing will act as a stepping stonefor developing the current art and creating a unique exhibition space.
